Alessandro Marchionne

Agricola San Felice General Manager

Alessandro Marchionne has been Agricola San Felice's General Manager since May 2007. Forty years old and a Florentine by birth, Marchionne obtained a degree in Business Management from Milano's Bocconi University and continued his professional studies in Paris, where he received a Master's degree in International Management at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

After senior executive positions in sales and marketing with food-sector multinationals, Marchionne chose to return to Tuscany to accept another challenge, that of achieving still-higher quality for San Felice's wines and oil, and of strengthening the San Felice name and image both in Italy and abroad. He sees as his mission the preservation of the venerable local traditions and cultural values that San Felice has embodied and developed over the years, and the grafting on to the winery's unique historical qualities a strong commitment to innovation and research.
