ROAST CINTA SENESE PORK WITH FRIED GREEN BEANS

for 4 persons

Ingredients
8 tender pork chops
400 gr lean pork prosciutto
2 onions
garlic
rosemary, thyme,  juniper berries
extravirgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Ingredients for the beans
350 gr green beans
100 gr onions
100 gr ripe tomatoes
extravirgin olive oil
salt and pepper


Procedure
In a frypan brown in extravirgin olive oil the onions, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and juniper berries. 
Add the pork cutlets and the lean prosciutto, brown well. Salt and pepper, then bake the meat at 180° for about 30 minutes.

In a separate frypan, brown the onions in extravirgin olive oil, add the green beans, then add the tomatoes at the end.  Salt and pepper. On a serving dish, on top of a base of green beans place the two cutlets and the prosciutto, then sauce with the cooking juices and serve.
