"PAPPA AL POMODORO"
TUSCAN BREAD AND TOMATO SOUP WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SAN FELICE

for 4 persons

Ingredients
200 gr cream of peeled tomatoes
150 gr hard dry bread
1 white onion
1 garlic
fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
minced chili peppers
salt and pepper

Procedure
Mince the onion and the garlic. Brown in a pot with a bit of oil and chili pepper. Add the cream of peeled tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes at medium fire. Add salt, pepper and the hard dry bread, helping with a whisk, breaking the bread. Add minced basil. Serve with a tour of extra virgin olive oil and basil.
